Final Music Magazine Cover

This is the final creation of my music magazine cover. As you can see from the image i decided to use less anchorage and more imagery, therefore giving a greater impact on the viewer. I have used similar colour within my cover, keeping the theme neutral but effective as i think purple stands out to the eye and is a colour suitable for both genders. I used imagery of a female music artist playing the guitar, as i thought this was relative to the topic of the magazine, and also benefits me as for my double-page spread i am producing is going to be an interview with a female music artist (this also making the anchorage "Women in Music" effective. Other anchorage used in my front cover states another one of the articles inside the magazine, "Hot strings or Not Strings". 

I think that my final cover design is very effective as the colours are bright, and the imagery used if immediately noticeable, influencing the target audience to be interested in the magazine.
