Final Double Page Spread

This is my final piece for the Double page spread. I used a variety of text, anchorage and images to make the double page spread attractive. I used different font colours and font sizes to enable the reader see's the information from the double page spread in cues, for example when they see this double page spread the first thing that is noticed is the image of the musician on the page and the  large title stating the musicians name. The article is noticeably smaller compared to the title and image, this is because the interview is what is expected to be read after the images and the anchorage. The anchorage that i used on this double page spread is a quotation from what was said in the interview. I have used an interesting quote overlapping the image in a larger font so that when the viewer reads the anchorage they are influenced to read the article. I think this has a large impact on whether a viewer decides to read the article or not. The colours of my imagery work effectively as the colours in the background are bright and they stick within the theme of colours used in my contents and front cover, whereas the image of the muscian is in black and white, this making it stand out from the background. I seperated the fonts into different colours, i used gray to highlight the questions asked in the interview, and a light purple colour to "Julia Liewald's" responses, i think this makes the reader identify the sections properly, and guides them to read the article. The colour  seperation with the text in the article make the text seem less, as too much text would possibly put off a reader from reading an article.
